Which cookies and browser storage TokenMarketCap uses and how to change your choice.

Strictly necessary
- Cloudflare security cookies (for example __cf_bm, cf_clearance) and Turnstile bot checks on forms.
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you selected.
- tmc_uye — your signed-in session (HttpOnly, only set after you sign in with a wallet; removed when you sign out).
- Your cookie choice, stored in your browser.
Always active; the website does not work safely without them.
Preferences (browser storage)
Theme, currency, watchlist, portfolio, saved news, recent searches and similar settings are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device and you can delete them by clearing site data in your browser.
Analytics — only with consent
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — how visitors use the website, in aggregate. Google keeps this data for at most 14 months.
Without consent Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode) and no analytics cookie is stored. Our own server-side visit statistics do not use cookies; see the Privacy Policy.
Advertising — only with consent
We currently do not set advertising cookies. If we add them, they will only be used with your consent.
Third-party embeds
The TradingView chart on coin pages and the wallet connection window are provided by third parties and may set their own cookies under their policies.
Changing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
