1. Acceptance

By using tokenmarketcap.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. The service

TokenMarketCap provides cryptocurrency prices, market data, charts, news, tools and community features for information only. We do not operate an exchange, hold funds, execute trades or provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. See the Disclaimer.

3. Data accuracy

Data is collected automatically from exchanges, blockchains and third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It is provided “as is” without any warranty. Always verify important information with the original source before acting on it.

4. Community content

You are responsible for what you post. You must not post:

• promises or guarantees of returns, pump-and-dump calls or other market manipulation;
• scams, phishing links, fake giveaways, or requests for private keys or seed phrases;
• impersonation of people, projects or TokenMarketCap staff;
• spam, illegal content, hate speech, harassment or content that infringes others’ rights.

5. Moderation

We may hide or delete content, limit or block access, and keep the records needed to do so, without prior notice, when we believe these terms or the law are breached.

6. Listings and sponsored content

Listing a project, showing its security score or AI-generated information does not mean we endorse, audit or recommend it. Paid placements are always labelled as “Sponsored” or “Promoted”. We may refuse or remove any listing, including a paid one, if it is misleading, unsafe or unlawful.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the website, bypass rate limits or security checks, or collect data automatically in a way that burdens our systems. Automated access must respect robots.txt and published API limits.

8. Third-party links and services

Links and embedded services (exchanges, wallets, TradingView and others) are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

9. Intellectual property

The TokenMarketCap name, logo, design and original content belong to us. Coin names and logos belong to their respective owners. TokenMarketCap is not affiliated with CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko or any exchange.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, including trading or investment losses, lost profits or data loss, arising from the use of or inability to use the website or its data.

11. Changes and governing law
